CSC Announces New Location!!!!!!!!!!!

On November 4th Team CSC will be opening a new location in the heart of Dilworth! Our address is:

407 East Boulevard

The Dilworth clinic will offer Saturday hours as well. We are so excited to bring our high standard of sports medicine and performance enhancement closer to the uptown area. If you have a chance stop by and say hi to the team. We will have a nutrition bar from Hammer Nutrition so if you are out running or cycling stop in and refill your tank!

On Saturdays mornings look for the orange Hammer Heed cooler out front. In order to schedule an appointment call Team CSC at 704-544-5353. We thank everybody for their support in our new venture!

Wednesday Cycling Class

Is there any cyclists out there looking for a challenging workout? Come out to CSC on Wednesday night for a workout your legs will not forget. Each Wednesday bring your bike and trainer and let Team CSC prepare your legs for next season.

These workouts are designed to increase performance and the ability of the cyclist to recover from hard efforts. These workouts are not designed to simply "tear down" the athlete. A different workout will be presented each week. We look forward to seeing you on the bike throughout the winter!
