WOW!! Ironman Arizona has now come and gone. We had an amazing time and would like to congratulate all athletes that competed especially CSC athletes!! I would like to thank everybody for all of their support in preparation for the race. Congrats Lake Norman Athletes

Congratulations to all the athletes that competed at the Lake Norman Triathlon. It was an amazing day and CSC was proud to be on hand aiding the athletes in preparation and recovery.

CSC will also provide our services at Cane Creek and Pinehurst Triathlons. Stop by our tent during your pre-race set up for some performacne work before the event begins.

Blood, Sweat, and Gears Round 2

Well round two of Blood, Sweat, and Gears proved just as difficult as the first. We had a beautiful day of cycling throughout the Blue Ridge. I had the opportunity to ride with my friends and try to endure the burning sensation in my legs.
