Wednesday Cycling Class




Is there any cyclists out there looking for a challenging workout? Come out to CSC on Wednesday night for a workout your legs will not forget. Each Wednesday bring your bike and trainer and let Team CSC prepare your legs for next season.

These workouts are designed to increase performance and the ability of the cyclist to recover from hard efforts. These workouts are not designed to simply "tear down" the athlete. A different workout will be presented each week. We look forward to seeing you on the bike throughout the winter!
